Q: How much does Delivering Health cost?
A: The first delivery is complimentary, and after that you will pay $99/ year for unlimited delivery.
Q: I do not see my pharmacy within the application. Now what?
A: Unfortunately, we are only partnering with 200+ pharmacies within the Columbus, Ohio area at this time. Please be sure to reach out and sign up for our mailing list so that we can contact you when we are in the area.
Q: When are delivery hours of operation?
A: Hours of operation are currently from 9 AM – 7PM on Monday – Friday. Outside of those hours, we’ll ask you to request a delivery the next day or another time that is convenient for you.
Q: How far can you make deliveries and how long does it take?
A: We currently support deliveries 10 miles from the pharmacy address. Deliveries should take about an hour.
Q: Do you deliver controlled substances?
A: This depends on your pharmacy’s preference. For certain controlled substances, delivery may not be available. For others, if you have new prescription your pharmacy may require you to come in person for the first fill and allow you to receive delivery on refills.
Q: Can my driver pick up other items for me?
A: Today, our service specializes in medications. However, we are working to expand to include other items like groceries and over-the-counter products. In the future. Become a member today to stay up to date on product updates as we expand.
Q: Do you need my insurance information in order to deliver my medication?
