Q: How much does Delivering Health cost?

A: The first delivery is complimentary, and after that you will pay $99/ year for unlimited delivery.

Q: I do not see my pharmacy within the application. Now what?

A: Unfortunately, we are only partnering with 200+ pharmacies within the Columbus, Ohio area at this time. Please be sure to reach out and sign up for our mailing list so that we can contact you when we are in the area.

Q: When are delivery hours of operation?

A: Hours of operation are currently from 9 AM – 7PM on Monday – Friday. Outside of those hours, we’ll ask you to request a delivery the next day or another time that is convenient for you.

Q: How far can you make deliveries and how long does it take?

A: We currently support deliveries 10 miles from the pharmacy address. Deliveries should take about an hour.

Q: Do you deliver controlled substances?

A: This depends on your pharmacy’s preference. For certain controlled substances, delivery may not be available. For others, if you have new prescription your pharmacy may require you to come in person for the first fill and allow you to receive delivery on refills.

Q: Can my driver pick up other items for me?

A: Today, our service specializes in medications. However, we are working to expand to include other items like groceries and over-the-counter products. In the future. Become a member today to stay up to date on product updates as we expand.

Q: Do you need my insurance information in order to deliver my medication?

A: We do not need insurance information in order to make medication deliveries.

Q: Do you work with my insurance?

A: While we don’t need your insurance information, you can use any insurance with Delivering Health including commercial plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. If you don’t have coverage, you can still use our service to get your medications delivered.

Q: Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for deliveries through Delivering Health?

A: Yes, delivery charges are eligible expenses through most HSAs and FSAs. We recommend you check your policy details to be sure.

Q: How do you handle copayment?

A: Copayment is not supported in the application today. In order to pay for copays, you will need to reach out to your pharmacy directly.

Q: Do you support medication discount cards within the application?

A: Soon, we’ll have a Delivering Health discount card in the app that you can use to reduce your cost at the pharmacy! Sign up today to receive updates on our expansion plans.
